When this scene developed, I was immediately drawn the comparisons of the clouds' dramatic presence – fueled by summer’s heat – and the full grown bull buffalo striding across an elevated ridge.  As clouds belong to the sky, the buffalo belongs to the grasslands.  This image places both together in a scene that unfolded in slow motion.  (2026)
